Welcome to Holy Trinity Bukit Bintang’s (HTBB) return and refund policy.

Donation Refund Policy

Donations made through HTBB Church's online giving process are non-refundable.

For donations designated toward specific funds, donors understand that their recommendations are advisory only. The church retains full control over the donated funds, including the authority to accept or reject any recommendations made by the donor.


Event & Ticket Return/Refund Policy

Refunds or changes to event registrations must be requested at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled event time unless otherwise specified.

Certain events, camps, or programs may have non-refundable fees or require non-refundable deposits. Specific refund details will be clearly communicated online, in printed materials, and/or at the point of purchase or registration for each event.


How to Request an Event Refund

To request a refund, please contact HTBB Church via email at finance@htbb.org.

Include the following details in your request:

  • Event name

  • Payment receipt

  • Form of payment (e.g., cash, cheque, debit/credit card, online transfer)

  • Name of the person registered for the event

  • Your complete contact information
