When your world is washed away

2020 was traumatic.

For some, it may seem a bit over the top to use the language of trauma, but when we look back at similar events of the past we’d recognise that they had a long-term effect on the people who went through them.

When we live under the kind of pressures we have this year our bodies respond with anxiety, sadness, and fatigue, along with other things and so we need to process what we have been through both for our physical, mental, and spiritual health.

And Psalm 46 is an incredible prayer for this season, that helps us describe what we’ve been through and bring it to Jesus, and then hear his voice for ourselves wherever we find ourselves today.

We are glad you've come to check this out, listen to the introduction to help understand why we do this and how you can best make use of your time praying through Psalm 46 and being led on a journey to help you process and turn your experience of 2020 into a prayer.

2. When your world is washed away
